Instantly one of the most recognizable names in Kuwait’s legal community, with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Alabduljaleel is a member of the International Bar Association with special expertise in advising various national closed shareholding companies in listing on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and negotiating transnational commercial agreements; notably Mr. Alabduljaleel legally spearheaded the sale of USD $1.6 billion worth of shares in Ahli United.
DR. MOHAMED H. ALDALLAL

Mr. Aldallal has been democratically appointed as an active member of the National Assembly of Kuwait from 2016 – 2020 and is a current member of the United Kingdom’s Charted Institute of Arbitration; furthermore, through 30 years of work experience, Mr. Dallal has cultivated a reputation for innovative legal thinking within his specializations in domestic franchising and regional taxation law.

Ms. Malek is the Head of the International Division at Al Khebra with more than 20 years of experience in acting as legal counsel to various government, semi government and privately owned entities, assisting foreign firms seeking to conduct business in Kuwait and the Middle East on commercial matters. Moreover, having a trilingual (French, English, and Arabic) law background has allowed Ms. Malek to successfully lead public-private partnerships in authoritative bidding tenders such as the Al-Zour IWPP Project and the Failaka Island Project.

Regarded as one of Kuwait’s utmost experts in the regional Capital Markets Authority’s bylaws and legal memorandums thereof, Mr. Alkhamees graduated top of his class and is now a Rapporteur of the Legal Committee and the Investment Committee of Kazma Sports Club. Notably, Mr. Alkhamees has also drafted the statutes of the national Federation of Investment Companies with regards to agency distributorships.

Thereafter, Mr. Alabduljaleel enrolled at the Capital Markets Authority’s fresh graduates training program wherein he undertook Harvard Law School's Program on International Financial Systems.
