Ø   Representing Ahli United Bank of Bahrain in its KD-/ 120 Million of Bank of Kuwait and Middle East shares.

Ø   Representing AL Marzouk Group in taking over and buying 60% of Kuwait Government equity in Bank of Kuwait and the Middle East.

Ø   Representing Tamdeen Group in the sale of US$ 1.6 billion of equity shares in Ahli United to a Qatari Private owned company.

Such representations include negotiating and drafting of M&A agreements and schemes arrangements, joint venture alliances, equity investment, bridge loans arrangements


Property and Construction matters representing Owners, Developers, Contractors and Lenders:

Ø   Representing and advising Ahmadiah General Trading and Contracting Co K.S.C in relation to its development projects and joint venture opportunities in the GCC and MENA region.

Ø   Representing and advising Tamdeen Group of Companies in relation to development projects including 360 Mall, Kout and Manshars Shopping Centers, Rotana Hotels(Kuwait), Al Areen Project (Bahrain) and Barwa Project (Qatar).

  • Representing Abyaar Real Estate Development CO K.S.C.C in relation to the its numerous real estate development projects in Kuwait, Qatar and UAE.
